We are extremely excited to be back at The Brunswick Green on our favourite fairy-light strewn stage, with another stellar line-up of Melbourne talent!
We acknowledge that this event will be taking place on stolen land, and pay respects to the traditional custodians; the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation. Sovereignty was never ceded, and we still have a long way to go to make equality our reality. Part of every ticket sold to this event will be donated to the Pay The Rent organisation in Victoria, who run community projects and offer aid to first nations people.
John Taratsas - Listen
Melbourne based singer songwriter John Taratsas captivates his audiences with big choruses, and memorable hooks wrapped in rhythmic guitar, punching horns and moving strings. With roots in Britpop, Folk and Indie Rock, he has started 2023 strongly, performing at The Thornbury Local, Some Velvet Morning and the Elwood Lounge. He released his newest single ‘Don’t Go Away Now’ in August 2023 and played a launch show at the Bergy Seltzer to celebrate the release. Excitement is building for his next few gigs, one at the Brunswick Green as part of ‘The Dusty Sessions’ on November 29, followed up with an acoustic gig at Whole Lotta Love Bar on December 17.
Sasha Millar - Listen
Soul-stress singer-songwriter, Sasha Millar is one to watch, hailing from Melbourne, Australia. Playing underground and locally for the past few years, Sasha has kept fairly quiet until now. After years of keeping to herself, Sasha has been working behind the scenes on her debut EP. With undertones of classic soul, punctuated with her middle-eastern roots, her first single On Your Mind has just launched - part of a greater compilation of songs soon to be released. Akin to artists such as the classic Marvin Gaye and Lauryn Hill, this nostalgic and emotive voice will captivate and soothe you, reminiscent of that old school aesthetic that has been missed for far too long.

Singer-songwriter RIORDAN is no stranger to the world of music, having been performing her original songs since the age of 13, going on to support artists/bands such as Nick Barker, Woody Pitney, and Jess Ball. She has taken her music to venues such as The Barwon Club Hotel, Worker’s Geelong, The Tote, The Bergy Seltzer, and more. The young artist combines indie and pop, telling stories through relatable songwriting and her unique voice.
This year has seen RIORDAN release singles People Change, and more recently Daisy, both streaming now on all major platforms.
