A weekly social club & spoken word open mic. Hosted at Le Ceddo, Lygon St, Brunswick East.

A place to meet poets, share, create and immerse yourself in the local scene. Whether you’re a rapper, poet, spoken word enthusiast, or have put words to the page but never performed, this stage is for you. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged!

From 5pm, writing material and a space to relax are provided in the beer garden. Come down, meet other poets, and write some new shit.

5:30pm, we record the Vibe Union podcast on stage with the option to join in on conversation.

Poetry open mic kicks off from 7pm

Each performer gets 5 mins (roughly).

Accessibility

Restrooms are wheelchair accessible through an external alley (or internal hallway with two steps, narrow).

There is a stage without a ramp or railing. The MC is more than willing to help you up or bring the mic down.
